Regina Invests $282 Million in 2024 Construction Projects
The City of Regina is gearing up for a busy construction season with a significant investment of $282 million! This initiative aims to improve infrastructure, enhance transportation, and contribute to an overall more vibrant Regina.
The project scope encompasses various areas crucial to the city's well-being. Residents can expect improvements in:

Multi-Year Projects Underway
Several multi-year projects have already begun, including:
- Revitalization of the Dewdney Avenue corridor (Albert Street to Broad Street)
- Water Network Expansion Project (Year 2)

Residential Road Renewal Continues
Investing in residential roads remains a key priority. This year, the City has allocated over $16.5 million for improvements to roughly 16.5 kilometers of residential roads. Since the program's inception in 2015, the City has invested a total of $124.4 million, resulting in enhancements to over 192.9 kilometers of local roads.
