Regina Transit introduces You-mo, a new payment system
Getting around the city may just get easier. Regina Transit's brand new fare payment system, Umo (pronounced You-mo), offers a variety of convenient ways to pay for your ride.
- Mobile App: Download the free Umo app and load your passes or rides directly on your phone. No more bulky cards to keep track of!
- Reloadable Card: Prefer a physical card? Umo cards can be loaded online or in person with transit agents.
- Cash Still Accepted: Don't worry, cash will still be accepted on all buses for a smooth transition.
More Payment Options Coming Soon! In 2025, Umo will expand to include credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for even more flexibility.
More Buses, More Often! Starting August 25th, Regina Transit is adding over 25,000 hours of service to weekends, holidays, and evenings. This means more frequent buses on some of Regina's busiest routes, making it easier to get where you need to go, faster.
